My Thoughts On The Coaching Industry

...and why I completed a Bachelor of Science in Life Coaching at a university.
(Life) coaching has been one of my passions for a long time now and it fulfills me to take other people by the hand and support them in making their lives blossom. Unfortunately, the coaching scene is increasingly in the headlines in a negative light, even though (or perhaps because) it is booming.
The profession of “coach” is not protected (as of 2024), which means that anyone can call themselves a coach without any training, earn money as such and even train other people to become coaches. As a trained and qualified life coach with a degree, it is therefore very important to me to explain why this should be viewed critically and can even be dangerous.
