I had very bad bottom back pain and while I was sleeping, I felt like a pulsating pulling sensation on the muscles I added the tiger balm onto. And within the next morning, I felt great! Tiger balm helped me from going to a chiropractor or a doctor! Highly recommend it. 😄

I use this on my feet for relief of osteoarthritis. Works great! However, my little dachshund dog gets very upset with me when I use it. She sleeps under the covers and is directly exposed to my feet. It’s funny to see her reaction, but I do feel a bit bad that her nose is so sensitive to it.

I have an arthritic knee and had meniscus surgery over 10 years ago. I use Tiger Balm liniment ( Methyl Salicylate 28% , and Menthol 16 % ) before working out or playing Pickleball. AND… after. The cooling sensation and numbing effects really helps with pain.

It's perfect and work wonders. I love it's menthol smell and cooling sensation. But can I use it on my scalp, at the moment my whole head is in pain and slightly itchy scalp ( there's no dandruff). I really want to try on my scalp but feel my hair will fall off.

It gave me chemical burns on my head and behind ears. My mistake I use it and then put on heating pad . I’m still in horrible pain from it. When it says do not use with heat they weren’t kidding.
@Ashortutorial. Жыл бұрын
Heating pads by themselves can result into burns I experienced it. Frequently putting a heating object directly to the skin can cause that

Yeah, it says not to use heating pad after applying it and also not to wrap it or take a hot shower or be in a hot humid area for up to 1 hour afterward.

Injured my shoulder area. I have at least severe muscle strain. Been using tiger balm extra strength on shoulder/back for almost a week now. I must be allergic to something in it because it’s giving me a really bad rash/reaction. I’m covered in red scaly bumps, obviously I’m gonna have to stop using it. Doing more harm then good for me. AFAIK the only things I’m allergic to are strawberries and amoxicillin, so I can’t see what of the ingredients is causing this
