காலையில் தோசை இட்லி பூரி புட்டுகாபி மதியம் சோறு குழம்பு கூட்டு வாரத்தின் ஏழு நாட்கள் வேற வேற குழம்பு சாயங்காலம் காபி முறுக்கு வடை ஏதாவது ஒன்று இரவு தோசை என்றாவது ஒரு நாள் புரோட்டா எங்க ஊர் சிறப்பு. இடையில் ஓய்வெடுக்கும் பொழுது காப்பி ஒரு 11 மணிக்கு காலை நான்கு மணி மாலை இரவில் படுக்கும் பொழுது ஒரு டம்ளர் ஏலக்காய் பால் உலர் திராட்சை ஒரு பத்து. பழங்களில் சிறப்பாக வாழைப்பழம் சாப்பிடுவேன். மன அழுத்தம் மன இறுக்கம் உணவு வெளியேற்றும்முறைகளை சரி செய்யக்கூடியது. ஹோட்டல் உணவை தவிர்ப்பது. சுவையாக வீட்டில் சமைத்து சாப்பிடுவது. மற்றபடி தண்ணீர் குடிப்பேன். என்னுடைய பழக்கவழக்கம். க்ரீம் பிஸ்கட் சாப்பிடுவேன். இனிப்பு சுவைக்காக.

1. 3 litrs water (early morning 4tbl spn ghee with warm water 2 glas) 2. Dry fruits for snacks 3. Butter milk with sundakka soornam 4. Cucumer and carrot before lunch 5. Beetroot, amla, curry 🍃 and ginger juice daily anytime before 6pm
