Problems start with the diet. I use to have terrible itchy scalp, dandruff, & psoriasis. I eliminated ALL dairy from my diet & all problems disappeared. That was 3+ yrs ago. As long as dairy is out of my diet, NO scalp issues.

@@p.a.williams8621 YES! Our folks (AA’s) are not supposed to eat dairy AT ALL. We are genetically protected from osteoporosis (& the government knows this). Plenty of other foods have calcium. Folks I know who gave up dairy saw their skin & scalp issues disappear. You’ll notice the difference rather quickly, like in less than 2 weeks, maybe sooner.

@@glencora6340 One or two, not many. Doctors in the AA community were diagnosing AA’s with cancer that didn’t have it, only to require them to take chemo. AA’s were given subprime loans when they qualified for the best loans so I don’t put it past anyone to LIE about AA’s saying “many” have something they don’t.

I have similar fine low density hair but mine is actually thin also. My go to style is a wash and go. I never thought I had to section my hair to style it but after watching your tutorials the definition is on another level. If I am using a little potion and gel being intentional not to get product on my roots would I just diffuse for more volume? I’m not going to lie I am a lazing natural and air dry my wash and gos but I have been trying to follow your tutorials.

Hi Mo! How do I refresh my wash and go the next few days, it seems drier and curl has lost its definition. I clarified, shampooed, deep conditioned, leave in, then the gel and hooded dryer. You really outdid yourself with this new batch, I still have some of the older product left. May God keep directing you.

Thank you! So after a few days, that feeling is totally normal! If you just have to reset, use the Moisturizing Co-Wash and reset your moisture foundation and style. Or modify your style with pinup, bun, headband, etc until washday time 💗

I had my husband to buy me a hooded dryer for this exact purpose…that was a good 4yrs ago…I’ve used that thing MAYBE twice. I’m a self proclaimed “lazy natural” so air drying has just always been my thing.

Try a quarter size amount per quadrant to start and add a dime size at a time until you feel the strands are covered/clumped.

Thank you for the video. When applying foam do you use over the cream or under ? Your wash process products are amazing. I still struggle with styling products. The curl definer has a high glycerin content which my hair does not like due to to living in Colorado which has a very dry climate. After viewing this video I believe foam/ mousse with cream could work and will experiment with that option. My hair has reacted very badly to all types of gels. I like a soft but define look and feel to my hair. It is fine and dense and tightly coil like Kelly's . Thanks

Yes try the foam in your combo and layer it on top, sit under a dryer and that should be good!

I do my wash & go and by day 2 or 3 my hair seems be difficult to separate my curls are tangled. What am I doing wrong or is this just my hair needing to be washed and reset?

Could be how you’re sleeping on it? Maybe try a couple other ways… or work on getting it well detangled while applying product so you’re setting it neater.
