woody463: UK Appliance Technician: And the numbers you have give are not a model number.
JustAnswer Customer: Annoyingly there doesn't seem to be one anywhere on the fridge.
JustAnswer Customer: I could only find that serial number.
JustAnswer Customer: There's a symbol that says "Space 4" which I think is the infrared sensor but not 100% sure.

Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Hi Other then the beeping does the fridge and freezer seem to working ok still?
JustAnswer Customer: Hi Daniel, thanks for replying.
JustAnswer Customer: Yes, its all working OK but I have to turn it off and on to reset it to -18 otherwise it just keep beeping with the - - flashing.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Ok i think you will find theres an issue with the freezer evaporator.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Its either iced up too much or theres a fault on the system side.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: What you need to do is empty the freezer and remove the side rails in the bottom half.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Then you can remove the back panel in there.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Behind there you will see the evaporator unit.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Check to see if this is all iced up.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: If so then use a hairdryer and melt all the ice in there.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Then refit the panels and retry it and see how it goes from there.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: If theres no ice build up on the evaporator and there isnt a lot of frosting on there then its looking like a weak compressor not pumping the gas around fully.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: But this isnt the most common cause of this as its usually too much ice on the evaporator effecting the air flow around the appliance.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: So check this and see how it goes from there and let me know.

JustAnswer Customer: Hi Daniel, so I took off the back panel and there was lots of ice like you said there would be.
JustAnswer Customer: I then used a hair dryer to melt the ice and was almost finished when the fridge tripped the circuit board.

Have same problem. Bought it in January 2022. Tech change panel. Back and front. Now is worst. Christmas day all day beep.
