i am literally in love with you Cat Meffan. (in like a happy not creepy way.) But seriously I do your flows all the time and appreciate your energy SO MUCH. I just wanted to let you know that you have been a very positive influence in my life though I am just a little yogi in Massachusetts. Keep doing these! Thank you so much.

Hi, Cat. One question: how much time passed between you starting to practice yoga and starting your certification? For long you recommend to first practice it as a “student” before moving on to the advanced mode? Thanks! Great video!

Hi, Cat! It seems like you started working with private clients pretty early in your journey, do you have any tips/tricks on how to go about finding or getting clients? (newbie yoga teacher here, but I'd love to be able to teach privates!)

Hey Vanessa, I found that most of my private clients came through my public classes, word of mouth and through advertising in the local area (facebook and google ads). Most of my private clients now, don't want to come to public classes as it doesn't fit in with their schedule, but they are really loyal as I offer discounts for 5 and 10 class packs. Might be worth a try :) Hope that helps a little x

I feel like all yoga teachers are past gymnasts - I’ve been practicing yoga for years but I’m no gymnast, there’s areas of my body that just don’t want to stretch and in other areas I’m really flexible. Especially from social media all I see is yoga teachers doing inversions and twisting themselves into a pretzel so I’m too self conscious and not sure I’m good enough to do teacher training but I do want to - do you think I can do it?
