You stat that a M-4 carries 183,000kg 183T. of fuel yet it is only a small aircraft next to the 474-8. Please note fuel observation: current wiki stats for a 747-8 It tables as follows: 460 seat capacity 442T. MTOW 222T. OEW + 238T. fuel load = 460T. Is that 18T over the MTOW with no passengers or luggage allowance? How can you be sure your M-4 plane stats are even correct.

When Soviet Aviation stole and copied from everybody. They are much better now though and have made some beautiful - and wonderful - planes too. Mig 29 for instance. Why the awful voice?

You are utterly misinformed and incorrect. The M4 was an abject failure due to its horribly inefficient engine (4 of the same as TU16) it was a medium range bomber, about the same as the B47. It could attack Europe round trip, but the US one way was even iffy.
