The good news is there seems to be more Buntings passing through and staying this season. They love fresh white millet. To watch in 4K on a big screen most of the time you have to click on the video settings wheel and select 4K 2160p as the auto settings usually default to something line 480p to save bandwidth. Enjoy! I've learned something new today, as I've never heard or seen a Painted Bunting before. What a gorgeous looking bird. I've since discovered there are other Buntings just as beautiful, like the Indigo Bunting, or the wonderful sounding Lapis Bunting...

Yes, Indigo Buntings are also stunning here is a video of some from a few years ago kzbin.info/www/bejne/eouymnajrbiIaM0 BB

Had a male stay in our backyard two winters ago for a month, and a female the following Spring. Got some 4K GoPro video at about 6” range on my bedroom window feeder! I’m in Eastern NC. My sister in Charleston, SC has them all.the.time. It’s disgusting!😂

Extraordinary and beautiful video. 16 minutes flew by. I'd never heard of these birds. Both male and female are so pretty - like big lorikeets! They really do look 'painted'. What was the steel grey bird with the black cap near to the end of the video? Thanks for the education and the video, from UK. 😊

Thanks, yes that a gray catbird, notice it is not interested in seeds, they are not really feeder birds unless it suet or worms. BB

Sensational upload, watched on my iPad Pro, but can’t wait to review on my 4K tv. Thank you for sharing this masterpiece, filmed with your Campark TC06. I think this camera will be my next purchase to replace an ageing Browning. Unbelievable from a trail camera 👌 Phil🇬🇧 are you using any additional lenses on the camera, what distance is the camera from the food, or does the camera focus that close without any modification, I’m truly lost for words.👌
@MyBackyardBirding2 жыл бұрын
Glad you enjoyed it! I'll respond in the other question on the TC06 video. BB
@smiffywildlife2 жыл бұрын
@@MyBackyardBirding Thank you for responding, I’ve watched the upload on my 4K tv, it’s mind blowing to think what you’ve achieved with a camera at this price point. I can pick one up in the UK where I live for around £100, a steal I think, but I held fire hoping you might give your valued opinion regarding the T100/TC06. I think the T100 uploads you have put up also look fantastic. I’ve watched other KZbinrs using both of these cameras and they hold them in high regard. One guy has used a stepping ring and macro filters on the T100 to great effect, getting him closer using the 2x lens thus avoiding cropping in on the video itself. I just want to get more from the trailcam, especially if I could aspire to your standard, you have truly inspired me, thank you so much. With struggling health problems it’s a great way to loose yourself .🇬🇧 Phil.
