A: Serendipity is looking a little naked about now. You have been making such positive progress in her disassemblement. Is that even a word? Anyway, thank God for this Joe fellow. Don't know how you found him but it looks like he has taken a lot of the stress and heavy lifting off your shoulders. Always a good thing. Good on you Adelina for your great disposition in the midst of this move. I keep getting super annoyed at the *** neighbour who caused all this unnecessary movement. Unfortunately this kind of attitude is present here too in Aotearoa/NZ. I was in process of doing a pre title contract for a lovely piece of land owned by a great woman - no convenants, positive about Tiny Homes etc. However all of a sudden she changed, saying she was going to draw up covenants with her lawyer, and seemed concerned about tiny homes etc. I can only assume she came under pressure from neighbours, or perhaps her lawyer wanting to earn a bit more money. So sad as I see this happening more and more here. Looking forward to seeing your new land.
