Esha Waheed honestly telling you, my diet plan little weird 😬😬, in morning empty stomach I take warm water with honey and lemon daily, or I take 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar in 1 glass orange juice, in breakfast I take 2 boil eggs with 1 cup of green tea with brown sugar, in lunch I eat salad then evening tea with brown sugar and sometimes I take 2,3 biscuits, in dinner I take oatmeal and I add some nuts, and before bed I take one more cup of green tea, but ones in 15 days I do cheat with my diet, 😁

I was yoga and Pilates trainer in London. Now in Ireland. All my gym members wants to loss weight instead of fat. And they ask me how are u so skinny? What do you eat then I reply them loads of crisps and chocolates 😂😂 Coz I don't focus on weight loss. I focus on fat loss. Eat healthy, do proper work out, running in fresh air, stay positive and don't think too much about weigh... Otherwise lagna tu c chawal de chawal e as... Hahahaha But unfortunately they don't understand Hindi or panjabi... They just understand English. I wish they could understand Punjabi then I would say them don't be chawal Hahahaha.... For the fat loss or the weight loss , the biggest thing we need is the "PATIENENCE" and some "HARD WORK + DIET " in the GyM , it's my personal experience ! I lost about 4.5 kg including fat! And for the fat loss we need more patience than the weight loss!!!

Jab main gym gya tha starting mein I was 76kgs. Now I am around 66kgs. My height is 5'7" so according to my height my weight should be around 64 kgs. Par mujhe abi bhi lagta hai ke Meri body mein fat bahut jyada hai. I don't know what to do.
