My heart goes out to Mango, he’s so patient and sweet, he knows he’s in good hands and going to a good home, when you hold he shaved hair up and says look you guys, he looks as if he’s saying hey don’t shame me, I fell on hard times OK? Lol , my heart ack for his poor foot, I hope it can be repaired and if you need help, I’ll do what I can- just send a request and I’ll donate, I’ve got 4 dogs and they are my best friends, so I guess you could say I’m a sucker for a pretty face, good luck Mango

​@@myfavoritegroomer mmmmm, that could well be true. Mango seemed rather attached to him especially when he'd allegedly only had him for a very short time (days?). If that is the case, the owner should be prosecuted for animal neglect and cruelty.

Now that I can see thE face that doesn’t look like any doodle I’ve see. The face sure looks like my standard poodle. He is so well behaved. He’s a great dog. The foot makes me so angry. How anyone could turn a dog loose is beyond me. He’s going to be a wonderful companion.

I agree, but when you have a standard poodles, mixed with a golden retriever, or Labradoodle, or a Labrador retriever, and they become doodles, you get a mix of all different kinds of shapes and sizes and usually we are not shaving a standard poodle haircut on a doodle but when you do likely you’ll find that the structure of the bones look just like one of those breeds when they are mixed together

Because of Dede, he is going to associate grooming positively. He obviously has been groomed at some point , either stolen, abandoned, or severely neglected at some point. He is a very well bred standard poodle, and I would not doubt the break on the leg resulted in the neglect or abandonment. Obviously he was fed, as he is i great body condition weight wise. But that's longer than a few months neglect. He will make a great addition to that family. He has such kind eyes. Great job Dede and pet parent. As a groomer, applause to you!
