I took this out on the course today. It's so simple and easy on my body. I played better than I have in quite awhile. Thank you!

I love the simplicity yet detailed information. I’ve been playing golf since 1986- I was 26…. It’s so amazingly awesome to me in todays world technology and information at a blink- tap on the phone… you would wait every month for golf digest, golf magazine and a few others. Jack Nicklaus golf my way, Ben Hogans book, Harvey Penick little red book , Butch Harmon and Greg Norman video series, Jim Mc Lean video series, Dave Pelz in person class, the short game and putting Bible and countless other books…. Now boom whatever your looking for

It will! Just take your time and follow the protocol. If you start slow and use the visuals to turn into a good feel for yourself...you'll do great! Just keep the commitment level more to the body rather than the shot and report back. Interested to hear how it goes.

Hi chris. Is hackmotion a good training tool in relation to your teaching philosophy.? Love your passion and dedication.

Yes, it can be useful if you know how to use the data. Data is king these days and thank you for the kindest of comments!

I love these drills but Chris, you’re going to send someone to the emergency room with an impaled left hand.

I did say an alignment stick not a steak skewer. However, for those of you out there that want extra protection from the dull end of an alignment stick, cut the stick in half and then cut a pool noodle the length from the ground to your hip. Then put the pool noodle over the stick. Or just stick a headcover over it. Honestly, your hands should never be anywhere close the to stick even if you forget to shift your weight or rotate your hips at all. If you do forget to do those 2 things, you’re not going to be producing an enough hand speed to be impaled by a the alignment stick. Glad you loved the drill otherwise.
