There was no way forget capturing... To even match the great Madakari Nayaka in bravery courage and battle ferocity was out of question to anyone. Hyderali did not stand a chance to even glance at chitradurga ... The great Madakari nayak was not an expansionist or ambitious like Hyder Ali or tippu, but was die hard devotee of his kingdom and his people. He was like a roaring Lion amidst an army of hynaes. It's unfortunate that our own people don't know much about the greatness of this legend. Goosebumps assured if you read history. Thankfully a movie is being made now though it should have been made long ago ... The lesson we learn from this is our History is very important for our survival. We should know our identity, it sets the chase we should go after in our lives. Learn every bit of history and after you understand please educate your children. Encourage them to study history and literature. We have lost so much of our identity and history just out of ignorance and love for foreign culture. No harm in liking foreign culture but forgetting your own history is the biggest crime you commit. You can start from today. Good luck. 😊
