God's justice can be beyond our limited imaginations.Suppose we asked God in our prayers to give some money. God may provide in the form of good health in the family. That way you save money on expenditure on health situations. God's love and justice showered on you in kind rather than direct way.

One thing common with thousands of (NDEs) near death experiences is the life review, where everyone must experience all the hurt and harm that one has inflicted through the eyes and emotions of those that we inflicted our harm upon. This is where we get to see and learn from errors of our way. Punishment and judgement is our own that we have to face.
@helisoma
@helisoma 2 күн бұрын
exactly I was going to say that and well said...so it would be the case it seems that judgement is asked of us, based on that life review, and have we done in our lives the two things most hoped for...

It's funny hearing believers saying they know what it takes to go to heaven and hell but then when you press them with some difficult examples they say "only god knows" For instance if a 14 year old shots his parents because they took their Xbox, then a few days later he accidentally slips and splits his head open, he'll be going to hell. Even though you can't comprehend the magnitude of your actions around that age, yet a pastor that had that sexually abused a few ppl will end up in heaven because he accepted Jesus into his heart and was truly sorry for his sins.

Interpreting scripture is not easy. It requires fair amount of hard work. One has to first be equipped with a basic acquaintance with the (invariably archaic) language. Then one has to get hold of an authoritative edition or translation, preferably of a scholar in the field, who has done text-critical studies. Next, one must engage in a slow reading of the text and attempt to understand its meaning. One has to let go of one's own biases and personal predilections, and be open to alternative interpretations. One has to think about the text all the time and reflect and ruminate. The solitary passage should be considered in the overall context. Plus, apart from such an engagement with the text, one should also study the philosophical background. This is in fact very important. In the ancient intellectual world, "scripture" would refer to the distillation of the essence of the researches done into the nature of entities constituting reality; by the philosopher-scientists, and to the highest truth pointed to by such an investigation; couched in poetic language for the layman -- replete with metaphors and personifications ( of the entities of reality). As a result of the incorporation of poetry, there are a large number of passages whose meaning has to be considered only in the light of "as it were," and not literally. But if one is not well-versed in philosophy, one could easily miss this point and commit some fatal mistakes. One should therefore always realize that there is a philosophical bed-rock within the text, and one should make effort to determine this bed-rock before any conclusive "verdicts" are pronounced. Doing so will be the most worthwhile investment because then one would become endowed with the skill to differentiate between poetical utterances and literal statements, between the philosophical sense and the ordinary sense. Therefore studying philosophy is critical in deciphering scripture. The ancient passages are full of philosophy and esotericism. And, lastly, but not leastly, apart from doing all these, one should also devote some portion of one's time in engaging in _personal_ philosophical reflection. This is also profoundly useful because sometimes the philosophy itself is grossly mis-represented! There could be primordial mis-representations done by very old writers or there could be misrepresentation by newer, very secondary authors. But if one personally engages in intelligent thought on the nature of reality, shedding all personal biases, then one will automatically find oneself aligned with the wise and unbiased minds of the past; and this in itself will serve to rectify any errors of presentation of the philosophy. This author can attest to the beneficial effect of such personal reflection as he has been himself able to determine the correct position of a certain ancient philosophy. All these therefore are either important in or critical to interpreting ancient scriptural texts.

This all stems from reading the bible in a literal way - books about an ancient tribal religion w' child sacrifice, animal sacrifice, genocide, slavery, etc. (see old testament). The 'literalists' also believe the book of revelation is about 'our time' when most scholars know it relates to the destruction of Jerusalem almost 2000 years ago! Mixing mythology, fairy tales and a bit of historical narrative is a recipe for ignorance and chaos. Ancient tribal texts (bible & koran) portray yahweh & allah as warrior gods, (think Crusades) people give up your imaginary gods, join humanity and stop this madness.

I’ve followed NT Wright for many years. I find that he usually doesn’t let himself be pinned down. So for example, he won’t outright reject the concept of Eternal Conscious Torment, but it is clear he doesn’t like the “simple” framing of it which definitely seems unfair (an infinite punishment for a finite set of sins/crimes). But nor will he go all the way to universalism. He often will say “well the ancient Jewish understanding didn’t have either of these extremes” and I can buy that in part. But we still should come to an expression of a doctrinal statement that modern people can understand clearly (and then decide to accept or reject). We’re not really getting it here, either way (I’m happy to be corrected of course). It still is a bit squishy.

God alone is the got the capacity to take them out of existence forever, God's plan is it keep only the good forever for the glory of God. and for God its 100 percent gain and zero loss. i have no doubt about it, just believe and you will get the grace in understanding the bigger picture. once again sir i thank you. for your questions and doubts which is very important to me as a simple, humble and natural being. there is hope for all.

Speculating on what other people speculated about the poorly understood... okay. I rather prefer what our celestial overseers have to tell us about deity in a divine revelation called the Urantia Book. It begins: 0:0.1 (1.1) IN THE MINDS of the mortals of Urantia - that being the name of your world - there exists great confusion respecting the meaning of such terms as God, divinity, and deity. Human beings are still more confused and uncertain about the relationships of the divine personalities designated by these numerous appellations. Because of this conceptual poverty associated with so much ideational confusion, I have been directed to formulate this introductory statement in explanation of the meanings which should be attached to certain word symbols as they may be hereinafter used in those papers which the Orvonton corps of truth revealers have been authorized to translate into the English language of Urantia.

Please consider these scriptures to see a little deeper than this guest seems to be able or willing to. Ecclesiastes 1:11-13. Ecclesiastes 3:18-21.Jeremiah 32:18. Numbers 14:18. Isaiah 65:6,7. Matthew 11:14. Malachi 4:6 Jesus turned the heart of John to Elijah and Elijah to John, but John had no idea he had been Elijah when asked by the Pharasees who he was. He wasn't even sure if Jesus was the one, or if they should look for another, even though Jesus said he was the greatest prophet born of woman and more than a prophet. Romans9:11-15 While Jacob and Esau were yet in the womb, God loved Jacob and hated/loved less, Esau. We were not born innocent, but only God knows what has to be worked out in each lifetime. Finally Proverbs 2:21,22. Revelation 20:5. Lived not again? Easy to have peace on earth if the wicked spirits from Genesis 6 are not allowed back for 1000 years. Then they'll be back for a little season and eventually be tormented in the sight of God and his Holy Children, Jeaus having been the 1st born of many brethren. During the melinium they will raise up the foundations of many generations. All who died in the tribulation. We're close!

The Bible answers all the important questions that we have about life, death, judgment, and so on. Eternal punishment is not a Bible teaching. Because God loves us so much he hasn’t left us in the dark, but has revealed his purpose for us and the earth both for now and for the future. At the moment he is patiently waiting for more people to learn about him and come to know him. (2 Peter 3:9; John 17:3) However, very soon he’s going to put an end to all the wars, sicknesses, suffering, etc by means of his heavenly government, the Kingdom that Jesus preached about and said his followers should pray for to come. (Luke 4:43; Matthew 6:10) As King of the Kingdom, Jesus will completely remove all human governments along with everyone causing harm to others. (Daniel 2:44; Proverbs 2:21, 22) The miracles that he did when on earth were just a foregleam of what he’s going to do on a worldwide scale when he rules over the earth. He will lovingly care for everyone’s needs and they will live in true peace and security. (Micah 4:4; Isaiah 65:21, 22) Psalm 37:10, 11 says, “Just a little while longer and the wicked will be no more. You will look at where they were and they will not be there. But the meek will possess the earth, and they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace”.

These guys won't tell you. These guys don't really care about "really doing it." They just like talking about it. The 3 main religions derive from Hinduism. In the bible, there are also many teachings from ancient egypt; there's science, astrology, psychology, some hermetics, some platonic thought, Buddha teachings, physiology, sprinkled with some gnosticism - but in truth Knowledge is one, and the seemingly different teachings here and there sources are simply different forms and modes of perception, conception and thought. One teaching might be more scientific than the other, and another more mystical and psychological, or experiential, and another concocts physiology in revealing microcosm(man) as an image of the macrocosm(the universe). The Veda, too, is everything physics and metaphysics. Veda is the tree of Knowledge of good & evil. The Veda does not direct man, nor does it hinder man. And just like in the bible: "I form light and create darkness, I make peace and create evil, I the lord do all these things." This means there is ONE power. One power. Man uses such powers every day without properly realizing it, and therefore, karma is incurred. If you want to find Christ(Krsna, Buddha, Horus), one must leave christianity. If one wants to find God, one must leave religion. If one wants to realize true theology, one must leave the condition of modern science. If one needs to proselytize their religion, then such a person feels empty inside regarding their beliefs and has to convert people so to feel better about themselves and beliefs. The God of the 3 main religions is Hiranyagarbha. This is the golden egg, the cosmos.
@aporist
@aporist 2 күн бұрын
NOPE! The three BIG Western religions are an invention of the Roman think-tanks to bamboozle the belligerent barbarians from South and North. Can't deny, they were a success. Hinduism is closer to truth but not the whole truth. Bit closer is the perception of the Bu/alghars, N.B., the Bulghars, not the Bulgarians. Everybody who is a citizen of Bulgaria is Bulgarian - she/he may be a Bulghar, a Goth, an Illyrian, a Thracian, a Celt, Slav, an Armenian, a Greek, Turk, etc.,(ethnos) or mixed with all above mentioned and unmentioned,. a Christian, a Muslum, , a Jew, an atheist, a pantheist ( religion)... IS a Bulgarian (nation). However, not all have genes of Bulghars. The original Bulghars, 'bu/algha' from an ancient Korean dialect means 'with mixed blood and badass' are a mixture of an ancient Korean tribe with Tocharians (proto-Arya) + Buryats. They were the organizers and leaders of the Confederate of Xiong-nu, pronounced Hunnu/Hunna/Huns by the Europeans. It stretched from the Pacific to the Central Europe steppes. On the subject: The Bulghars believed that the celestial spirit married the Earth (the matter) and so the Universe was born. We the humans are celestial spirit and matter. When we die, the matter goes to Earth, the spirit joins the sky and it is eternal. The Bulghars, obligatory for the leaders and priests, performed artificial cranial deformation. The baby's fontanelle calcines after some time. The aim of the deformation is to form a very small triangle on the fontanelle that remains soft for life. Through this triangle our spiritual (quantum) replica enters and exits and is in permanent contact with the celestial spirit, in modern terms Universal Quantum Brain. I have artificial cranial deformation and maybe I'm 'the last of the Mohicans' in Europe. Don't do this at home, first because the knowledge is lost, and second - you don't need it. If you're high sensitive you'll feel the Universe, if you aren't cranial deformation won't help. Our quantum replica, EVERYTHING ABOUT US - genetics, life experience, joins the Universal Quantum Brain, the Universe renovates through us, and through the formula of everything around us because the Universe is in permanent contact with everything. What you the Hinduists call reincarnation is something else, it belongs to the world of matter, and is subject to genetics, not to physics. Amen, broadcasting over!

Some studies in neuroscience have been interpreted as challenging the idea of free will. For example, "Libet's Experiment" conducted by Benjamin Libet, suggested that brain activity related to a decision can be observed in the brain before the conscious awareness of the decision to act. This can be interpreted as evidence that our brains/bodies initiate actions before we consciously "decide" to do them, implying that "free will" may be an illusion...
