The game is going to open up a little from here on, then it'll open up very wide after a certain point. Also the personality only changes when equipped to the main slot, so keep that in mind that you can equip anything to the sub slot for stat boosts without ruining your personality stat growths. Monster Arena is the game long side quest... one of which you'll likely want to switch someone into a wrangler vocation for eventually and start collecting monsters.

It being a personality and supposedly referred to as Diligent otherwise, makes me think it is a more UK/Commonwealth expression, like you plug ahead, so plugger is just that trait. Like how fit is used to say someone is very attractive in the UK

At this point I have no idea how far ahead Naka is, but I have reached alltrades abby, and discovered that I need to get to level 45 to get all skills my gadabout can learn. And of course, yes, I am trying to get all skills and all spells on my 3 helpers. But this is the point where I have to do some crazy hard stupid grinding. So Naka's gonna catch up fast.
