When people ask me what I do for a living, the answer is that I invent, or discover names.
Customers bring projects that they’ve put their heart and soul into.
Our aim is to ensure that newly launched products and services get the perfect name - that’s something that I find very exciting. A second WOW factor for me comes when the customer loves the name that we’ve found. And the third, and biggest WOW factor, is when I later come across the product and the name in the outside world, in the supermarket for example. I really like feeling that I’ve made a difference.
