Jerry, be careful not to cross contaminate with that raw chicken. You keep touching the chicken and then wiping your hands on the dish towel. You also washed your hands and then dried them on the same towel that has the chicken residue on it. Use paper towels when you're cooking for safety reasons. Love your videos!

Use avocado oil for frying chicken. It has a higher smoking point than olive oil and its healthier than sunflower or vegetable oil. We make tuscan chicken (thats what we call it) for our family often. Since we have a large family I usually make it in the instant pot or crock pot (something Sarah would probably need to do) we like it over pasta or rice. I eat lower carb so I put mine over spaghetti squash or cauliflower rice. Also if anyone is wanting to make it healthier or dairy free, then could always add some coconut milk to make it creamy and add some dairy free cheese or omit it all together. I read on the comments it looked healthier before the cream. Overall it looked very yummy! Thank you !

The best way to cook is experience.. keep trying...everyone gets better.. even experienced chefs, home cooks, novice cooks make mistakes. It is how you learn! It is how new recipes are sometimes made. I have always said in training classes, if you can read you can cook.

That looks delicious, Nana is definitely on to something here! RE the smoke while sautéing, try light olive oil or another type like safflower or sunflower for frying. They have a higher smoke point than the extra virgin. I’m really enjoying watching your journey as a cook and can only hope my husband will one day get on board.
