Hope you get some good help there - I was in mental hospital twice and the first time I was kinda Anxious because I didn't know what to expect. And I hope you are doing well there and that you will get good help there and that it will help you. two friends of mine are also currently in inpatient therapy at mental hospitald and are making a lot of experiences there. That's why I hope for you that you have good experiences and hopefully that you can take a lot with you.

( im half Malaysian and I can attest to this ) Malaysia is known for some of the best food :) we have 3 majority races here, malay, Chinese and Indian, so our food is truly a fusion of that culture. It would be sooo cool if you both could visit Poland. Not only for regional food like variety of pierogi (obviously) but in Warsaw there’s a place with vegan ramen which I personally love! it’s called (drum roll) Vegan Ramen Shop! Also Chinese steamed dumplings in Pełną Parą (Full Steam). If you gonna visit Warsaw you should also see Nocny Market (Night Market). It’s a place where you can try foods from some places in the world, mostly Asian foods (but not only)! Greetings for you and Vincent from Polish Broccoli 🥦🥦🥦! Keep up the great work :D

If you came back to the UK towards Christmas time, you'd be able to go to the Christmas markets which always have amazing food. The Yorkshire pudding wrap is everywhere, so are crepes and bratwurst sausages (sorry I dunno how to spell that). There's also mulled wine and loads of other stuff thats really good. Plus the markets are always really pretty, and you can get some really cute souvenirs from the stalls.

The shop next to the Asian bakery you went to has super nice matcha ice cream! I absolutely fell in love with matcha ice cream when I went to japan and it's so hard to find. Next time you come you also need to try Okan, they do traditional Japanese street food called okonomiyaki which is super nice!
