I have so much respect for Japanese culture. Such commitment to craftsmanship, mindfulness, cleanliness, and respect. I'm proud to incorporate their techniques in caring for and respecting my catch.
In Australia, they are called Maori Wrasse. They are tropical fish found on the Great Barrier Reef. I have been told that they are good eating, but I usually return them to their habitat so as to grow. Have been told that they can get to 100kgs.

A wise move indeed. They seem to be endangered species. Regardless of that, large ocean creatures that live for decades such as that fish usually contain lots of mercury and all sorts of pollutants people dump in the ocean. Thus better off not eating them unless one is on the brink of some immediate starvation.

Its beautiful fish but it has cons in this kind of fish too because they eat corals. I think fish that eats coral needs population control

@@entingkabesote2197 Are you sure about that? I think what is happening to be exact is those marine creatures eating algae(!) off coral reefs. This performs the essential task of cleaning the reefs which helps the corals stay healthy and thriving.
