Great recipes I didn’t realise you could do the over night oats for the whole week I thought the milk might make them go bad I usually only do 2 days worth so this is great. I need to buy some more containers hehe

You are a role model for other young mums showing them that they can eat healthy and prepare healthy foods around their children’s routines. Well done and I love your recipes even though I am not vegetarian or vegan I am eating less and less meat because I have wonderful tasty plant based recipes to follow.

always inspired and use your recipes. Burnt out for decades with ranch dip, but this looks so appealing. Your chocolate hummus has been on to-do list, doing as next sweet.

Cool recipes and I'll definitely try making the muffin! I have a 1year old too and always try to be productive during nap time so I was curious if you could maybe also do a 'silent' nap time meal prep without noisy equipment like an immersion blender or food processor? Just a suggestion in case you're looking for new video ideas for struggling mamas like me who have a light-sleeping toddler! LOL

Hi, new to this Chanel as of yesterday. Really needed a bit of a push to get better at the whole food prepping thing, so this was perfect for me. I have to kids that are very active, and picky eaters, so finding quick and easy snacks is important ☺️

I'm so glad I found your channel! I've got a super picky won't-eat-anything 2 year old and a 4 month old baby. I'm plant based (my husband is not 😭) and I'm looking for things to try that my toddler will eat. I think he'd love these breakfast cookies so I'm definitely going to try those out! I too have trouble getting naps to line up but it's always good to try 😂

I love these recipes! For some I will try to eliminate the sugar part (maple syrup and coconut sugar), hopefully it will still be good ;) that’s what I find the most difficult in vegan diet is that often the recipes contain some forms of sugar that me and my son don’t eat. It’s the tricky part. But these recipes are awesome so I will try it out :)
@TheConscientiousEater2 жыл бұрын
Glad you liked these recipes! If you omit the sugar/syrup in the cookies, you may need some more peanut butter, but hopefully you’ll find something that works out!

Hi Faith! So glad I found your channel! I have a question. Do you put the water straight into the Tupperware with the veggies? I'm not a native English speaker so I think I might have got that wrong.
@TheConscientiousEater2 жыл бұрын
Yes! Just put the carrots or celery in a container and cover them with cold filtered water. Makes them taste so good!
@janinegrech7033 жыл бұрын
Do you have a substitute for the cashews? I’m allergic to them. Thanks! Recipes look great.
@TheConscientiousEater3 жыл бұрын
Hi Janine! I haven't tried anything else, but you could try store-bought vegan sour cream or mayo!

Do you taste the zucchini in the oats or change the texture?

You can’t taste it if you don’t add too much! And I like to thinly shred mine and also chop it up so it’s not stringy.

Can I ask why you put the milk in all the jars for the overnight oats? Wouldn't it be better to prep the dry stuff then add milk the night before to one jar at a time? Isnt the fifth jar soggy, you said they were only for you?
@TheConscientiousEater2 жыл бұрын
You could do it either way! Usually my family will eat the oats too, so 5 jars only lasts us 2-3 days, not five. I also love to make dry oatmeal "packets" so whatever works for you!
@greentree7302 жыл бұрын
@@TheConscientiousEater Thanks! I just wondered if they were good on the fifth day, I am alone so I wondered if that worked?
@samiyyadoumbia92182 жыл бұрын

You can usually buy packs of mason jars from places like target or online on Amazon! The ones I used were 16 oz. ☺️

Oats are high in carbs one cup has 53 carbs which means it ups insulin levels and peanut butter makes the thyroid gland swell and bananas work the same as oats but those carrots tho hmm nothing wrong with those 😂 yummm!!!!

I actually feel my best after an oatmeal, peanut butter and banana breakfast. But you do what works for your body!
