Thank you for validating that just because something is "natural" didn't mean it is safe. And just because something isn't all "natural" or the use of synthetics have been added for shelf stability doesn't make it unsafe. SOME in The natural hair community can be exhausting with their rigid way of thinking. The use of fatty alcohols is wonderful!!! But some see the word alcohol and go nuts. Same with the coconut derivatives. Lack of knowledge is a terrible thing. I so appreciate you taking the time to explain things. I know you will likely never see this comment amongst the million others lol, but I just wanted to let you know something about your product. I am 3b-4a texture, my length is about 3 inches from my waist and my hair is extremely thick. I am currently in medical school so my time is very limited with my hair. When I initially started using your products I washed, applied everything, and braided my hair as usual. I was very busy and it ended up being 2 wks before I was able to wash my hair again. When I took my hair down to rewash it, it was still EXTREMELY soft even tho I had not had time to remoisturize even once during those 2 wks... Fast forward to now and I have legit gone 5 wks and my hair was still very soft when I took it hair down, and again that is without ever moisturizing between washes. Mind you, I am military so I am also working out during these weeks. I get compliments on my braids, and how shiny and healthy my hair looks and it'll be like 4 wks since the last time I washed it😂...I can only imagine how amazing my hair will look once I graduate med school and I have more time to dedicate to my hair using your products. I'm talkin' mango, chocolate pepppermint, apple cinnamon, etc. As a natural, when my hair isn't smelling like a fruit, a flower, or a spice (or a food in general - sure! my hair smells like a sweet potato pie! please and thank you!) - I feel like I'm doing it wrong. LOL! When someone is 2 feet away from me, and a light breeze comes by, I want them to get that WHIFF of that scent coming from my hair that makes them do a double take and ask, "Is that you"? LOL! I LOVE IT when that happens! A lot of products today, that I use, don't have that. So, I look forward to that line if and when it happens. ;)

I am so proud to see this happening in the world. I never thought it would. Black women in my family did NOT discuss curl patterns, porosity, moisture content. I dont blame them for what they didnt know but i am truly grateful for this movement taking place. I have a skin condition that makes it IMPOSSIBLE to buy most skin/hair care products because they have perfumes and terrible harsh ingredients in them. I didn't even know what "natural hair" was until I randomly saw your popular video about cocoon curls on natural hair. Black women actually wearing their unaltered hair never even came to mind as an option. My hair had gotten extremely short and thin and I didn't know what to do with it before heading out to college. I ended up reaching mid back length at one point but had MANY setbacks however I've never wanted to go back to the weekly straightening (frying) I was doing to my hair before.
