I don't know that Trump should be singled out either he's a good salesman but he would sell practical ideas too and didn't seem completely selfish as some narcissists are he wants a border wall and stricter immigration but that's not just for him that's for America I genuinely think he loves his country in return for his successes he knows he's privileged but he's very hard working also. Sadly it is a competitive world so you should have the best and brightest in charge and some will have huge egos because of all the power they have some abuse their positions more than others some are completely incompetent and still think they are superior to everyone else. If your country is suffering you are not a good leader end of story. We have Trudeau the virtue signalling narcissist but he only cares about his own image no housing no healthcare people can't afford to eat or live it's no surprise people are angry at him and he's always been wealthy so has no concept of skipping meals or scrounging for change etc.
