May I suggest something? You may put hashtags in the title and description box(narcissist etc.) so that YT recommends you more to people who search these topics. You deserve more followers. Your videos and the way you explain are valuable and deserve more attention.

Having a narcisistic immature, irresponsible, selfish and cruel parent is unbelievably traumatic. We need a lot of self love , compassion and healing to overcome the biggest challenge a child can face. But healing is possible, thanks to neuroplasticity we can get rid of our dysfunctional patterns that were created by the narcisistic upbringing.

I had to stay depressed and wary. Could not venture out on my own ideas or anything that made me happy which I didn't even know what that was due to all of the abuse

I saw first-hand how my mother did it when I witnessed her with her grandkids. A four year old does not want to put on the cardigan, my mother slumps on the floor and starts fake crying. Look how you made grandmom feel, who is going to comfort grandmom, now? Afterwards the kids came to me wide eyed to talk about it.

My children had to make their Dad happy by lying for him to lie and he would shame me their Mom for catching him in pathological lying and so he would tell and groom the kids to abuse my life with him.

My parents went through a painful divorce when I was 5 or so, and the legal battles dragged on for years. My parents taught my elder sibling to tie her shoes, ride a bike, swim and drive a car. They didn’t teach me those things. My parents let my sibling play sports, do theater, go to prom, go on college visits. I wasn’t really allowed to do those things or was asked yo give them up if I tried because of the demand it placed on my mom’s time. She even had me graduate a year early and apply last-minute to whatever community colleges were open because she didn’t want to drive me to school anymore (after being a lifetime A student and dreaming of shooting my shot with college admissions). This all contributed to a sense of being a burden and unworthy of achieving the basic life events I commonly other people experiencing.

@@b-six-twelvei think early parenting skills should be taught in high school before kids start having kids...even being mandatory.
