I don't mind the question, as empathy can make the right decision feel wrong... like you save 9/10 kids from a burning building and feel guilt for letting the 10th die. Though the funny thing is that OP could have a titanium spine (one her dad needs to obtain)... she can still afford the mortgage... so she can totally talk with the bank and assume the mortgage for the same deal she offered her father.... only without the freeloaders. She can then move in, or lease it temporarily while she runs out her own lease. Don't tell her folks, but let them find out organically in 2-3 years by in-laws... enough time to add security and cameras to the home.

Personally the family sound horrible to me, both parents letting their youngest daughter do what she wants, even scaring their grandchild, going alone with her and they have the nerve after all the suffering they caused to ask for money but still won't do the right thing and kick the bully out. Story 1: "Eva" needs to be removed from society and lose custody of her child. If she is that willing to abuse another person's child, she will do it to her own. The fact she can intimidate her own parents that easily proves that "Eva" is a violent narcissistic sociopath, and the fact that they excuse her behavior still and sacrificed their home after they found out she lied about everything is just horrible. The OP is not vindictive, rather she is letting them live with the consequences of their actions. In order to sustain the golden child dynamics, a scapegoat child is necessary: someone to be neglected and mistreated, take all the blame for everything and be a doormat/support system when needed. As we can see, the moment the scapegoat child left the system, it fell apart.

They are not idiots they made a monster and now they live in fear of it. OPs sister is physically stronger then both her and the parents. What has made this worse is the fact that she knows it and uses threats and intimidation against them. The issue is that while OP has grown a spine and escaped that horror the parents won't cut ties due to the fear for the new-born. Their issue is complex. Firstly they cannot admit to OP because they are afraid that she too might turn out like monster sibling. This is an irrational fear born from prior experience. If they admitted this to OP they would have had the support to get out from under the bitch sister's thumb. But their actions when OP was kicked out was much like an abuse victim when their abuser is on the rampage. They hide until it is over for fear of being the next victim. The second issue is the life of the new born. There is a high probably that the sister will use the life of the child as a bargaining chip. Even if it isn't a serious threat the sister will couch all her problems in what is best for the baby. If seriously threatened she might even use the baby as a hostage. In any case the child will not be growing up in a stable environment. The incident with OP's daughter is a clear sign for the future of that kid. Their last issue is the most important. Blame. They blame OP for the situation they are in and not their own actions. The demon sister learned from bullying her older sister that she could bully their parents as well. And since they didn't nip the problem in the bud is has grown into a horror they have to deal with. Now they are dealing with Stockholm's as they fear for what will happen if they piss off their demon kid. All the while blaming the first daughter for not fixing their problem and their bad parenting.
