So true! When he hovered me 4 months ago showing up unexpectedly, I just sat there and remained calm. He raised his voice as I asked questions about what had happened. He didn’t get the reaction he wanted, so as soon as he walked out, he smeared me with the person who picked him up. She told me what he said and that she knew it was a lie. Unfortunately for him, I have a good reputation here in the town where I live. He’s living a lie 3 hours away and now doesn’t want to move here. He knows I’m standing in my truth.

@@Jessica-iq6kj It takes time to heal so allow yourself that grace. I do care about my ex still…I just have to do it from a distance. I know we can never be together or even friends, and I accept that. I’m trying to support his adult kids who I was close to as he is devaluing them now for the new woman and her small children.

This is so true. My nex thought he was leading a project at work to help women with inequalities they face in the workplace BUT he hated me trying to assert myself, ask him to do his fair share with house and kids, and when I started educating myself, and talked to him about gaslighting etc he'd ask what "feminist crap have you been reading today" 😳🙄

Grey rock continues. Yesterday he zipped in the drive and put a wife's prayer, hand written in the door. It just made me angry. He is pushing. I have yet to put order of protection on him. Monday looks like the day for it. Edit. This will be my reaction.

Say you don’t have the money for a 1:1 but are married to someone exactly like this and would love (&needs) your help & guidance?? We are currently separated (again) but this is new & uncharted territory for me. She’s even been trying to control & manipulate from afar, trying to reel me back in with a medical scare but hasn’t “cared” to give an update & I guarantee she’ll say that I should or could have asked.🙄 her exact words were “I wasn’t a better spouse but I want to be a better ex” (meaning providing or helping me🙄) yet has NOT taken any steps or actions most ppl would when divorcing. I think she’s thinking I’m going to go back like in the past. But I want CHANGE. I need help. Help to stay strong….I’m open to suggestions rn 😒

I think they use abuse as an excuse. To me it's demonic what they do. Like a generational curse. He didn't go through the abuse I did and he is self destructing. I think it's a little of both. His mom didn't want him and she let him know. I was given away at birth and then left for the parents to raise. A narcissist family. It's a shame, it happens a lot. I gave my life to Jesus and if it weren't for my Heavenly Father, I would have committed suicide by now. Tried to when younger and failed. God bless.
