Yes, 👍👍👍 legs shapes as sharp as lazer are what is needed, yees. Where legs are awereness advice is never heard before and is awesome. First class !!! 👏👏👏

“Your legs become longer...” yes, yes, I will do it.😄 As a beginner, I used to kick up in whatever shape that can get me to the wall, then I learned to kick up and point the toes, now I want to be aware of pointing toes even before I kick, especially that bottom leg, hope it will become instinct with practice.

in some gyms we must wear shoes.. any thoughts about toe pointing while wearing shoes ?? (or boots like in your video introductions 🙃)..

Hi Brian, you can of course keep the shoes on and do the exercise too. The stiffer the shoe, the harder it will be. But you will still feel those muscles working if you do the flexing, pointing, turning out. I'm sure this would not be fun in my doc martens boots :)) which I am wearing on that clip. As the borg would say in this case: Pointing toes is futile!
