Video 1: The National Restaurant Association (NRA) Annual Tradeshow in Chicago brings together almost every segment of the industry from equipment manufacturers, educational institutions, support services, food demos, celebrity chefs and many others. Over 2,100 exhibitors are here at the cavernous convention center promoting their products and services to over 65,000 attendees nationally and internationally. ACF Chef Bill Yee, Executive Director from the Los Angeles Chapter (CCAC-LA) is attending on behalf of his chapter to experience and learn about the trends, new equipment, technology, networking and providing an invitation to join the Los Angeles Chapter. This video represents interviews with some of the exhibitors including meeting with legendary Chef Thomas Keller who Chef Yee had met several years ago in Los Angeles and is considered the best chef in America.
