Remote doesn't drop productivity. We see many great start ups that are remote first and saw productivity increase dramatically. Mitch is just old and part of that old guard. I went from working in office to remote and saw in office workers bs most of the day, chit chat with coworkers, and buy time to they get off. The same can be said remote workers but you have a lot more time to put in productivity at home.
@TheDragonofRevelation2 ай бұрын
I am aware of that. While I'm glad Mitch has exposed the fraud, the old guard is also going to destroy what's left of America's middle class if they refuse to pay them what they're worth and continue to use employment as a form of exploitation.

The city misclassified my property as a "Residence" (a business classification). Property is NOT taxed, you are taxed for the "USE" which is its "Utility" or "economic use". The assessor makes an assessment which creates an "asset" which is only found in business balance sheets. The tax is called an "Ad Valorem" tax which is the value determined by the "Assessment", which is the Value of its "Utility" or "Use" - its a "Use Tax" or an "Excise Tax", - a business tax. In Massachusetts you are taxed where your home is "situated" which is defined as: "Machinery", which is a "Situs Tax" which applies to a business. (Situated=Situs).

A simple Google search shows several studies showing the opposite. A Harvard research study proved people are more productive working from home for several reasons. There are also other studies that show some people may be more productive in the office environment. I think he's very disingenuous stating that people are less productive working from home, and it shows he may have some sort of agenda.🙄🙄
