Wow, I just tripped over this channel because your first 3 sentences are my experience also... Then I looked at your name... Cathy Roe. And I thought... Is this the Cathy Roe that I took dance classes from at many, many dance conventions...? Haha it IS! 🤗🥳 Thank you for all the great classes. I'm Cynthia from Minneapolis (I'm 61) and my mom Marilyn was a dance teacher and best friends with Shirley Larkin... We traveled together to NY many summers to take class in the city and do conventions also. Small world! 👋😘

This is a fantastic Video and I am glad I found it. I was on Boniva for 5 months( I was 50) and had the worst side effects. Now at 54 they want me on Tymlos just the thought of it scares me knowing you'd have to be on some form of these drugs for the rest of your life. Thank you for all the information you provided.

The alkaline in the blood is a Very different story from the urine - It's the blood that matters. The urine is a channel for the body to eliminate excess of many things the body doesn't need or want in a very healthy normal way - the ups and downs aren't the critical place to measure. Do your own research people.

I'm no doctor,naturopath or health coach but I strongly do believe maintaining the human body more alkaline than acidic is very important because naturally that is just the way the human body is therefore it should work for every human being to have an alkaline diet for good health in general but from my understanding your gut is suppose to be very acidic (not alkaline) to kill bad bacteria.The acid that lives in your gut is hydrocluric acid,a very strong acid enough to be able to kill bad bacteria but when you reach the age of 50 this acid decreases.

Please listen to someone who was nearly destroyed by standard doctors for over 25 years. I was chemically castrated by standard doctors in late 2019. I went through hell and almost committed suicide but I fought hard to learn about hormones from people that fled traditional doctors for solutions to things like bone loss,diabetes,liver stress, muscle wasting,obesity and many other problems. For bone loss, osteoporisis, osteopenia and general joint disintegration.....the main driver is hormone dysregulation. Men and women share all the same "steroidal" hormones....just at different levels. For Example...women need testosterone but at 1/20 of that of a man & men need progesterone and estradiol but at generally 1/4 of that of a woman. As we age and with things like insulin resistance [ ie prediabetes], hormone levels go down in both men and women. For women it can be very bad in menopause because their progesterone and testosterone and DHEA hormone levels fall substantually which drives bone loss. It happens in men too but usually later. For some women just 40 to 60 mg of progesterone cream on the forearms each day can not only reverse bone loss but can greatly grow healthy new bone up to 20% per year in some cases. Also progesterone improves mood and helps immunity and promotes good sleep. Some women may need DHEA and testosterone given if they are too low. Nandrolone is also very good for bone improvements and muscle preservation Now progesterone and DHEA creams can be bought online without a prescrption. However usually only hormone clinics will prescribe testosterone and nandrolone to men or women correctly but they dont take insurance so it costs from 2500 to as much as 4000 dollars per year. I do that now and my bones and teeth are like iron Hormones are not like the dangerous osteoporosis drugs standard doctors give. And whlie diet and excercise can help....hormones like progesterone, testosterone, DHEA and nandrolone can totally reverse bone loss and grow strong bones

@trochantermainsign8874
@trochantermainsign8874 6 ай бұрын
@@monkeybearmax I took nandrolone at 140 mg a week for over a year I like it very much but as a man I need to take twice as much testosterone. Typically Ive heard many women in some hormone clinics love 10 mg of testosterone and 20 mg of nandrolone a week. Good thing about nandrolone is it totally bypasses SHBG so it is fully available for muscle and bone growth without much potential for masculinization. It is not good to take nandrolone without testosterone injections and progesterone as a cream. It is also advisible to get DHEA levels up to over 300 standard units for the blood metabolite DHEA-sulfate or DHEA-S I would like to research the idea for women thru with bearing children and wanting to bypass perimenopause altogether to maybe force a bypass of perimenopause by giving progesterone, pregnenolone, testosterone, DHEA and nandrolone for. Womens HRT with Estradiol only if needed. This would save many women the hell of years of fat gain, bone loss, muscle wasting, brain fog, sleep problems and mood issues associated with perimenopause and menopause. AND KEEP THEM SEXY AND ALIVE INTO THEIR 80'S
@trochantermainsign8874
@trochantermainsign8874 6 ай бұрын
Note. The medical people do not want women on nandrolone unless they are 70+ yo and are rail thin with rampant osteoporosis. This is ridiculous as nandrolone is relatively safe at theraputic doses. A woman done with child bearing even at 40 yo could probably take nandrolone at 20 mg a week for the next 45 years with little risk so long as she gets adequate progesterone, testosterone and DHEA

@@monkeybearmax What are you asking? Im not a hormone doctor...just an average guy that had low hormones for half my life. The fact standard doctors did not catch this or even care really burns me up. Probably 100 million americans have been denied life changing hormonal treatments over the past 50 years because they are into "sick care" and not giving game changing real healthcare to their patients. All due to their greed and hiding the truth from patients.

While this may be good diet info for many, others are doing well on Keto and even carnivore diets and having bone growth. Everyone is different so have to discover what's good for your own body.

My goal is to live and thrive disease free as long as possible. There are no studies that have shown people eating carnivore or keto diets live long and healthy lives. They may resolve health issues. Drop weight. Feel great. But that's temporary. And there are studies that have shown longest living healthy folks get there by eating a mostly plant based diet... and less stress, strong social connections, etc. Blue Zone Diet.

@jp5419 If this is temporary then please tell my body! I have been on Keto over 10 years and quickly dropped 69 lbs from 289 to 220 in 6 months EASILY! I' M A 75 year old insulin dependent type 2 diabetic. My insulin is reduced over half and I no longer have a fatty liver! I am so tired of hearing this is only a fade or temporary. IT ISN'T. The problem for many is they purposely go off of Keto for a holiday or whatever than that stops the Ketosis in their bodies. Keto isn't hard and is very satisfying. Many Dr's are now suggesting Keto for those with Osteoporosis! Look up Dr. Ken D. Barry and Dr. Eric Berg on reversing Osteoporosis! Gob Bless you!

Hormone therapy for perimenopausal and menopausal women has been horribly done by standard doctors for well over 30 years. They [ the doctors in medical networks which take insurance] are trained only to look at and prescribe or administer just a few hormones. They ignore the relationships to the others which are needed for good health. This ignorance is built into all their procedures, policy and proticols [ PPP] for treating patients Think about it. The only hormones standard doctors deal with are::: Estrogen, Insuline, Cortisol, thyroid and cortisone like hormones. They try their best to ignore hormones like Progesterone, Testosterone, DHEA, pregnenolone and even nandrolone. By ignoring these; they condemn many men and women patients into a very bad slide into old age. But doctors make big bucks just helping patients at a bare minimum. Sad
