Can use non dairy milk (my husband can’t do dairy) for this and does it matter if I don’t use milk powder?

Yes you can do non diary in the Thermomix. You just need to buy the correct culture for the type of non diary milk you’re using. Coconut yoghurt is my fav bit.ly/38omQw7

The white ThermoServer which is used for yoghurt making is smaller than regular Thermoservers so it will fit into the Varoma. You can only get one of these when you host a cooking experience with you and two friends. You can do an online cooking experience and be eligible for one. Would this interest you? Yes you can! Although I like to use leftover of my favourite yoghurt.
