I've used neti pots and neti bottles for years, and they do work. I've put off buying a Navage due the cost and thought it was just a pricey gadget, but recently had a couple of back to back infections so broke down a bought one. I wish I had bought it years ago. It's so much more effective and much more comfortable to use.

All I can say is I spent years using various Netti devices before I finally purchased a Navage which I should have done much sooner. It's like night and day. A rough estimate I feel is accurate is the Netti flushes out 10% of the mucus in your sinuses while the Navage flushes out 90%.

@tristansdadreviews9 ай бұрын
I’ve used the it prior and it does the job of getting saline into your nose which I think is the most important part. So if you are able to do this consistently then I think it’s a great option. Whatever will allow you to have a consistent nasal irrigation routine going because saline is so effective. The Navage I feel just adds the suction portion to the routine.

I bought Nielmed Sinus Rinse today. I’m honestly scared to use it since my left nose has been blocked for a year now, im suspecting it has nasal polyps since air can’t get out but can intake air from the outside. Hence, i’m taking care of my right nostril to help me breathe. Is it advisable to use sinus rinse even though one nostril is blocked?
@tristansdadreviews Жыл бұрын
So I if it is nasal polyps I see the following: “Use a nasal rinse. Rinsing the inside of the nose with a saltwater spray or nasal wash might help remove what irritates it. “ However I would recommend getting in to see an ENT to confirm exactly what is going on. If possible, please don’t wait any longer. I’m praying it gets better.

@@krishamarieduhilag2130 Yes. I experienced those headaches. Its from the lack of oxygen to your brain while you are sleeping. @malachi8461 Жыл бұрын
Quick question. I’ve always struggled to get air through my nose so I’ve always been a mouth breather. Will this help fix that?
@tristansdadreviews Жыл бұрын
I would first try to figure out (I like to research what’s going on with myself lol) what is really causing it. Is it something like a deviated septum or is it because of mucus. Is it allergies? If it’s mucus or allergy related then I feel very confident it will help you. So there are quite a bit of physical things that could be at play. Enlarged adenoids. After researching if you can get to a point you feel comfortably saying it’s allergies, inflammation, mucous etc then it should help. If you can’t reach that point I would try and see and ENT so they can assess. Sorry I was so long.
