Day 3 coverage at DIMDEX 2022, the Doha International Maritime Defence Exhibition and Conference. On the final day of the event, Naval News covered the MQ-9B SeaGuardian with General Atomics, the latest systems on display by Roketsan, the future naval base of the Qatar Emiri Naval Forces, Aselsan's new combat management system, Iran's booth, and an MOU signed between Yonca Onuk and Qatar Joint Special Forces Command. It has been reported that many potential and curious buyers stopped at the Iran's exhibition stand and asked about the BAVAR 373 anti-air defense system mock-up; the Iranian guys tired of answering the same questions over and over told them: "Do you see the American stand over there? Do you see those awesome General Atomic MQ-9 variant drones? Well... we have older generation air defense systems that can shoot down US drones better than those MQ-9s... I hope that answers most of your questions about BAVAR 373!" : )
