This is such an important topic! As someone who has recently decided to be celibate, I’ve found that exercise satisfies me when I used to hate it because it felt like too much work. I’ve joined a PCOS group and am working with a nutritionist to regulate my symptoms. I do lymphatic drainage massage and dry brushing on myself now. I’ve put that intimate energy into myself now(thanks to your videos). I’m re-wiring the way I view intimacy alone and with a partner! And you’re right about it pertaining to the physical touch aspect. I’m a giver at heart but instead of neglecting myself to please someone else, I’m nurturing myself and it feels SO GOOD to be able to do that now. ❤

I was just thinking about the immense power we have as women. We are the bringers and givers of LIFE & this goes for whether we carry children or not. You young lady (I’m 34 so I think you are younger than me) have spoken so much life into not only me but every woman within reach of the sound of your voice. Did you know men are about 30-40% MORE likely to unalive themselves than women are? It’s because they don’t have spaces like this like we have. The spaces they create are usually centered around how to get and or use women. They don’t have THIS. But when men are married to women they LIVE longer and healthier lives. WE GIVE LIFE. This video was so timely. I’m trying to be more respectful to my body and have been celibate for over a year since my last relationship. But now I am in a casual relationship and I feel it works for me, it is someone who still respects me as a person and I feel comfortable being intimate with, but also understands that emotionally I do not want a relationship right now as I am focusing on other things. In my opinion I don’t believe and being a girl friend it limits you and put unnecessary exasperations on you and gives men the entitlement to you and your body and the girl friend title isn’t enough.
