I lost 3 lbs the week of Thanksgiving. I've been on Mounjaro 5mg (currently), 7 months in total. The holidays don't scare me, I eat the same, doing calory restriction & small portions. I just discovered your channel & subscribed. Look forward to seeing more! Thank you for sharing!

Great job over Thanksgiving! I tried to treat it like any other day as far as what and how much I ate. Now i have to navigate the Christmas cookies lol. Luckily the Zepbound helps take away any cravings for them. Thanks for subscribing!
