Standard is the mode you use to test combos for brawl. Otherwise standard is old trash.

Cool, I was wondering when regular standard was coming back. So I'm just gonna put this out there. A while back CGB you ran a fun, fairly successful Yorion Transmog type deck with Koma as your big hit - plus one in the sideboard so you could put it on top of your deck before the Xform. Plus an extra sky-noodle in the board. It was a cool deck. But. Me and Dr. Couatl went out drinking that weekend and he confided in me that he felt disrespected. He loves CGB and pet names and all the praise but couldn't but he couldn't help but wonder that if he was really the best then why wasn't he the one being transformed into. "Shouldn't I be the only hits in the main deck?" He was cool with putting a couple of awesome, expensive friends in the board to sneak in from the top but it really seemed he wanted to be the star of that show. He said that being the first choice for as polymorph target really would show the world how much your loved. I dunno' maybe it's not my place to say but I think there might something that needs resolving between you two - namely more Yorions. Bidet

After watching that #2 game against mono red, that was the nail in the coffin, no longer watching old standard games. No turning back. Mono red embercleave decks are non games and just painful to watch

Idk man, i get that mono red ist pretty op but ill rather play against mono red with torbran and embercleave than against winotadecks that always play winota on turn 4 and instamill blade historian or removal spammy „control“decks that dont let you play at all

The only PRO against losing to Mono Red vs a Control Deck, its quicker. Other than that I AGREE Mono Red no matter how much it gets hit wil still always be viable, cheap and takes ZERO I.Q. to play.

Hello CGB from the top end of Australia! Was wondering if it would be worth doing an etiquette video for players online? If you were playing paper and had nothing you concede, theres no option to rope out and walk away making it a pain in the butt for opponents. I often feel like you get matched with someone who gets salty real quick and tries to make you rage quit to gain a pip. Little boring and slightly annoying? Love your work, BellicoseQuikBrown

Ok, so Emergent Sequence and most of my Cobras are now Innkeepers. Emergent Sequence always sucked, but the Cobra is better than the Innkeeper dammit. Then Bonecrusher to Minsc. No clue, have to see what that does.

12:21 couldn t he tap the 2 innkeepers and a cat for the crew on the chariot and then block the dwarf with the chariot and the cat? that way he could have kill the dwarf and only take 4 dmg, keep the innkeppers and maybe even survive another turn?... I ask because i m usually missing something when i think CGB made a missplay he is way smarter than me in this game

I like more blade historians. Between jaspers sentinel, magda, and innkeeper it’s surprisingly easy to play them. That way you get the wincon if you don’t draw winota

I think Winota is a stupid card, because there are so many games where no magic was played. It should never be the case that a card is this strong. I played in mythic top 100 this season and lost my most matches against this card in the boros deck.

Winota is a stupid card that needs to be banned. Winota's decks are also stupid, just spam a lot a creature then play Winota turn 4 GG wow must be a pleasure to win like that. At least monored or other aggro sometimes must think about combat phase, but not this stupid deck, just attack into everything with 2/3 dwarf or goat and cast 2 monsters for free. Wow good, I don't know what are they waiting for banned this overpowered shit
