This two pack is next level. I'd forgotten how detailed Neca pieces can be. I've heard alot of negative stuff regarding Q/C issues in the past, though. I only have one figure by them, a Terminator figure, and it's great. This is making me want to take another look at Neca stuff.

These are some lovely action figures. I'm tempted. The weapons alone are great but with those figures it's a very tempting pack to get. This is what adult action figure collectors want, good paint on high quality sculpts.

This set looks amazing. Many of these paint apps need to be hand painted, and done so with a lot of care and skill. There must legitimately be at least 20 times the amount of labor needed to produce this than what’s needed for Hasbro figures.

These head sculpts are incredible. This puts the NECA The Boys heads to shame. Granted, it is difficult to fully recreate pixel by pixel a real person's face.

I have always been a big fan of the last of us video game. The best video game ever created. I was surprised to hear about these figures being released. I saw online about 9 years ago they were in process of being created. They actually look very well detailed and sculpted. Beautiful video by the way. Thank you for the heads up to 😊.

NECA always looked good, but lately they HAVE been better quality. I got Robocop today, and that thing is rad. The Thing figures have some dope accessories for Last of Us, too. (should you catch one on clearance, damn worth it)

i have the limtoys Ahab. It is literally a mini-hot toys. If I actually played this game I would definitely pick up the limtoys one as they scale with everything i collect. These NECA looks great tho.

Im happy you’re happy. I was a huge neca collector 6 plus years ago. I’ve been burned so many times by neca. Fused joints, breaks, loose joints etc. the xenomorphs were the worst. I just finally gave up. For their price point their paint and sculpts are always fantastic. However I got use to paying 20 to 25 for a Neca ultimate and 30 to 35 for a soft goods retro figure and 99.99 for a 1/4 scale. All of those have nearly doubled in just 5 years. Now yes, every line has gone up but neca is the only one that has nearly doubled. Everyone else has gone up between 20 and 35% not 45 to 50. I’m just so gun shy with Neca because of their QC. I did preorder their Dungeons & Dragons wave one but I pre ordered those almost 2 years ago and still they keep getting pushed back. This two pack actually would go great with my Neca Friday the 13th figures. I have every one neca has ever done. It’s my favorite horror franchise. They definitely could be survivors of Crystal Lake. Anyway I know you are very detailed and thorough reviewer so the fact you are happy with this neca release gives me hope their QC maybe has turned a corner? Anyway thanks again for the content.

Just got these myself and I really like them. Joel needs a backpack too but I get why they didn’t include one because it’s the last of us 2 thus more Elie focused. I did manage to equip Ellie with 4 of the weapons though and Joel with 3.

I like the first one the best but I thought the 2 nd was good too. I liked how they made you play as Abby a character we all hated because of what she did to our main characters but sometimes it’s neat to see the story from a different point of view. The battles where you are going up against each other I didn’t want either one to win. Last time I felt something like that was legacy of kain defiance

@@brianoneil3362 the idea of playing the antagonist os a great idea..but the thing I hate about the game is they destroyed Ellie's character, killing Joel is acceptable but destroying Ellie's character in addition to Joels death? i felt betrayed..the ONLY reason i loved the first game is not about the gameplay nor the story(in general) because its almost just a generic zombie apocalypse game, the ONLY reason the game is special to me is because of Joel and Ellie, theyre reletionship..i felt really bad after the first fight between Ellie and abby, i was literally disgusted..i have the NECA Joel and Ellie, i have my own TLOU2 story.. 😁

This is a sweet 2-pack, I finally played though part 1 and 2 and as an action figure collector these are an absolute must have. They’re still pretty available on eBay for around msrp. The Kratos and Atreus 2 pack was tough to find at a decent price, so many knockoffs but finally scored one. NECA really kills it. I’d love if they did some other PlayStation IPs. Imagine they gave use Jin Sakai?? Man that would be dope. I love NECA…okay rant over haha nice video as always my man

This 2 Pack is so awesome😍🤩, and you are right about the figures & accessories they are next level, I have been watching the 2 pack for months now alot of videos Unboxing & reviews and was hoping price would get more reasonable price due to finances, but logically price is good, cause if it was selling individually would be bout $37.50 or so which tend to be Neca average price for 1 figure, eventually I just convinced myself was a bargain cause really wanted Joel & Ellie a long time, especially with New HBO series on its way and now it's out and doing excellent hype was more so, price point for me after converting from Us was close to $900, told myself to heck with it and I ordered it, and definitely not disappointed ,felt like money well spent, awesome review video, posing & beautiful ending💯🔥😍😍🔥

Wow, think those figures look great and I don’t have a clue about this game, but like u said this doesn’t compare to what some other companies are giving us for around same high inflated prices.. seems the price has gone up but detail, accessories, paint, new tooling seems to have slacked. Looking at this 2 pack and all those amazing accessories with it makes me laugh when think about the new nba line up they have coming out for $50 a player. All on same body, they just got different head sculpts an sneakers. Heck they don’t even have the tattoos on these nba figures for $50. Yeah seeing this neca brings hope to the collecting world that some companies still give a damn.

Not a fan. After the flagging of channels giving any criticism to TLOU Part 2 (and only talking about the rumors not showing any pics or footage of the leaks), I really give Naughty Dog and Sony the finger. With that being said I hope NECA will get the Resident Evil or Castlevania license again. Those figures command a ridiculous price. I need a Leon Kennedy and Simon Belmont for my shelf.

This two-pack looks pretty sweet! Neca gets a lot of shit from collectors and lot of it is well deserved. Out of all the lines I collect, I've had more breaks and missing pieces with Neca figures than any others. But they do turn out some really good figures, often from IPs no-one else does. Their Bioshock, Heroes of the Storm, Pacific Rim, and Godzilla figures are amongst my favourites.
