Where are you located? There are more and more fascial specialists these days.

I'd look up rheumatologists in your region, pick out a few with high patient ratings, then read their personal bios. But one would think it more important to find a good physical therapist... Any doctor can write you your prescriptions, but the difference a good weekly therapist can make is beyond immense.
