Omg !!! I had my gallbladder removed and I immediately started having neck pain and shoulder pain . But I never knew why I was in so much pain for all these years! So I just did that demonstration myself, pressing on the digestive system, and my pain subsided immediately! I LOVE THIS GUY!! Wow!

Hi Doc.Great work. Its always a good idea before pressing on the gallblader area to have the patient flex the knees. That relaxes the abdominal muscles making the procedure much more easier. Best regards

OH MY GOD!! I just did a few of these movements while watching and could already feel relief. I've been dealing with these same symptoms for 2.5 years as a result of the stress of COVID, working from home and serious lack of exercise. I've got a lot of problems but this has built up to a point of being chronic pain and tingling/numbness in my left arm. I've done physical therapy but the pain always returns. Thank you for all of your helpful tips on this channel. There's a greater value to those without the resources to ultimately get some relief! 🙏🏾 ❤❤

Oh Wow! I had a log hit me in the back of the neck right near the base of my skull. This was ohhhhhh about 35 years ago. I was able to perform most of these stretches on myself. What a relief!! I've also slipped on ice slamming the back of my head on either ice or concrete. Range of motion on my neck much improved! And yeah - looks like I might need to look into better nutrition for the gallbladder too. So awesome watching you help all these folks! I love all your vids!

Hi dr hope you can read my comment: I’ve been in so much pain for more than 15 years and for couple of years now I’ve been getting the maximum amount of cortisone shots my neck shoulders and back then I had spinal cord stimulator implant surgery for 1 year and decided to have it removed because I don’t think it’s helping me out with my pain it helps only a little pain is still there, I get 38 shots of Botox on my head every 3 months for my migraine basically my pain is head to toe, I wanted to come see u but I don’t think it’s possible I know you’re busy and popular and I don’t work due to pain I applied for disability but get denied I don’t really understand why but anyways when I get to watch this it have me hope that I will be relieved with my pain at least 50% of it coz I’ve been dealing with 9-10 scale of pain every day I don’t look like I’m in pain coz I’m used to it but my body is becoming weaker every day and it’s affecting me mentally pls dr if there’s a way for u to treat me that would be great i don’t want to have another surgery again. I got more to tell but I will let u know my history when I get to see you I am hoping 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 thanks a lot-Aileen

Dr. Berg, at one point you were stretching the shoulders of the young lady, but we couldn't see what you were doing because the camera was pointing at the front of her body and not add her back. So, were you cupping the muscles underneath her shoulder blades or were you just gripping her shoulders and pulling them back? Thank you very much for clarifying this point.

I never had a neck injury and even use a cervical pillow which works like wonders to relax my back. However, after having shingles on the back of my neck in 1987,I encountered Fibromyalgia 1 year later to the present. I can live with it,but my neck still feels bloated with I turn my neck left or right. When it reaches the end of it's turn, you feel it the most. I don't get it. It's amazing that their is no help for nerve ending pain.

finally I see someone doing the odd things I did in my practice. I got fired for helping people and relieving their ROM and pain. I can't believe that the medical field is out to milk the insurance and not to cure the patient and when you do help you get envied and fired from a job . I would love to speak with you Dr. reach me at my fb page. Las Vegas Medical Massage . thank you .

I can imagine the relief she is feeling. I need a clone of you Dr Berg. Have had a few whiplash-type incidences over my 55 years. The first, diving into a pool at 8 resulting in first migraine until the last, assaulted when my home invaded. I am under chiropractic care but I fear I will be forever dependent on monthly visits. I'm pre-diabetic or diabetic depending on the day and so beginning that journey. I haven't had my gallbladder since 96/7. To spice up my life irritable Bowel Syndrome takes turns with migraines and general unwellness. Sadly, keeping my gallbladder wasn't an option. Does that mean I can't benefit from what you have shown? What else would you suggest? Are the health issues I mentioned more directly related? Thank you.
