I did was Dr. Berg said to hang on a pole in my case I hung on a tree branch I didn't have a pole when I was at home and it worked!! The next morning 90% of the pain and knot disappeared. I'm going to pray that these stretches helps my tension. I hold ALL my stress in my neck and traps. My neck tension gives me tension headaches, dizziness, head pressure (like my head or brain is being pressed) etc. It's really awful and it surfaces when I am under a lot of stress and anxiety. I'm going to combine stretches with heat therapy and meditation/breathing exercises.

Good Morning Dr Berg! My wife is a huge fan of your doctrine and research! I started doing keto and working out again about a week ago. While working out my triceps I heard a snap and been dealing with the sharpest pain radiating from my neck to my lower left shoulder. Bless my wife for dealing with my complaining lol This video came at the right time. No amount of heating/ice packs, vibration, ibuprofen, or massaging has relieved the pain. I noticed the less active I am, the stiffer and more painful it is! Thank you for your holistic remedies 🙏🤘

The only issue with the gallbladder folrmula is that the bile salts is not enough for people with issues. Taking more means going through it quickly and it is an expensive product. I switched to a 500mg ox bile supplement and saw digestive improvements immediately. I would recommend increasing the amount of bile salts to enhance the quality of the product.

Thanks again, the perfect video for me! Just had spinal fusion surgery two weeks ago (40+ year old injury from a car wreck) and this will help with some of the pain and knots happening in places that are impossible to reach. Also, the health advice for improving my digestion and living without a gallbladder have made my recovery much easier and faster than they expected for what they had to do and my age. So, Thanks Again!!!

I've had these knots because of posture problems that grew into a deformed posture by staying the same for 40+ years. I've gotten so good at stretching to relax my neck and upper back, that I can stretch and the muscle just melts and relaxes instantly under the stretch. But I never realized how stretching these directions would be so helpful. I always stretched my neck forward to get knots out of the back, but stretching backward was like magic. :-) p.s. I think Google (ie. KZbin) knew I was sitting here stretching muscles in my neck while watching videos. Because I clicked on one video, and there was this video sitting right in my recommendations.

Stretching the opposite (antagonist) muscle works like a charm for releasing knots. If it doesn't work, you likely have a gallbladder (or bile duct) issue that's causing the muscles to seize-up in response. Thin your gall sludge and/or dissolve gallstones (if possible) and this should resolve itself, with the aforementioned stretching of antagonists.

Dr. Berg, I have effectively used Dr. John Sarno's technique to dramatically reduced severe lower back pain (book: "Zero Pain Now"). I came across this many years ago when I had major chronic pain, just started having this again recently, very disabling pain, some days immobilized on my back. Hanging from a bar helped for a few minutes but I could not sit, bend or stand without pain. So I fished out this book and re-read it more carefully, started the "exercises". Over a couple of days the pain dissipated significantly, I was mobile again and was able to exercise, lift weights again. I had been skeptical about Sarno's observation that the source of pain can be psychological but now I'm convinced that for me, buried negative emotions trigger physical stress, inflammation and pain as a subconscious protective mechanism. Have you ever looked at this approach for pain relief? I'd be interested in your perspective. Thanks for the valuable videos, best regards.
