namaste Paula, ive been doing this just about every day to help with upper body tightness. doing so has led me to get into many more of your vids/playlists and now i'm evangelizing yoga to my family. in short, even though you're on the other side of the world, your videos are making a huge impact. also, your page is incredibly well organized and its really easy to find routines for whatever i'm looking for (many thanks). side note, my favorite part of the video is when you say "eeeeeaaaaarsss" at 7:06.

Hey, Paula, thank you so much for all of your videos and for the comfortable and soothing atmosphere you manage to create halfway across the world. I've made a routine of daily yoga sessions and it's a tremendous help to me, both mentally and physically. Periodically I have severely reduced function in one of or both my legs, and so the whole of me - and especially my upper body as it has to do a loot of work - especially appreciate the seated yoga videos of yours. A warm thanks for this releasing neck practise, sometimes I still do your old video for neck from 6 years ago! So much happened since then.. the world is changing around and most of all inside of us.. Do you have another practice than the core strength from 4 years ago? Would be nice to do more for belly and waist. And do you have kundalini yoga videos? I love to start doing that again, especially in these challenging times taking your breath away. Lots of love and strength from The Netherlands!

Paula, what do you say that sounds like "piano stretch"? You use the same term in another neck- and-shoulders video, and I've never figured out the word you are using.

I think she's saying PNF stretch. It's a stretching technique that involves contracting the muscle "against" the stretch and then relaxing it again.

It was so difficult for me to maintain the seated position! It felt like all the tension melted from my shoulders and settled into my mid, lower back and hips! I know we aren't meant meant judge ourselves in yoga but I feel so frustrated after that!
