Excellent show. A very very important show indeed, an issue which most people don't even think it exists. And Arathu is always fantastic... Most importantly, THE KIDS growing in a BEAUTIFUL FAMILY where they see their mom and dad encouraging each other, supporting each other, spending time with each other and living like they are made for each other though both may be busy earning...... The kids who see their parents like this will HAVE A HUGE RESPECT for them and naturally will become loving and caring WITHOUT EVEN BEING TAUGHT. Because I'm saying this AS A SON..

this Gopinaath always supporting to rich/educated/city women. if men don't earn enough money in this chennai city , then the family can't survive . so majority of men taking the whole family responsibility on their head. it will be boring for women to sit in home. but what to do ? the situation is like that in today modern world . if these women are complaining about their husband then why did they marry working man? they could have marry jobless man who can always sit in home and help to their wife, but of course these wives won't prefer those jobless men to marry. because these women want to live in a rich life . this gopinaath always supporting these kind of women because to increase TRP rate , and women vote. gopinath planned to enter into politics.so from the base he started planning to influence (or fool ) women.

The thing is, the men in this episode are not staying away from home BECAUSE of work. They are spending time outside after work with friends when they should be spending time with family. The man who talked about spending time after work on Facebook has a wife who goes home, cleans and cooks food for the two of them, just to have the man call home to say I'll eat outside. Inconsiderate! Another man who treats his house as hostel, needs his wife to prepare everything for him, doesn't lift a finger to help at home and only has time for his wife 10 minutes in the morning before he heads to the toilet. He needs a maid, not a wife. You can't really defend these men.

But I would like to comment that Indian women are still supporting the whole responnsabilities at home (children - cook etc... and working outside) whereas husbands are trying to escape from home life. In this show, women expressed the same feelings about their life. And I wonder why either husbands nor wives speak about their understanding and love!!!!
