I'm sorry but considering that jaywalking is illegal some guy taking his gun and shooting random arcs of bullets into the sky is not the least criminal. it shows an absolute lack of gun safety, lack of concern for nearby neighbors and distant random people, and a total self centeredness. and he even acts somewhat indignant about being arrested after spraying and praying at a drone he knew nothing about. he's probably pretty paranoid so it isn't like this isn't a pattern of behavior with him. in other words all signs point to this guy not being a low risk criminal. he just needs the opportunity he believes is antagonistic enough and he'll shoot at whatever he wants.

You do REALIZE that 500' above your property in a congested area is YOUR airspace and in non congested areas it can go up to 1000. This isn't as open and shut as it appears.
