I'm so jealous for all that wonderful stuff you can buy straight from the store! In Finland, the range of keto/carnivore products is non existing. We hunt ourselves so it helps but getting something we ran out, well, too bad 😂 Basic meat is available of course and some basic cuts... I'd love the pork rinds (I make my own, takes 2 days and is a lot of effort) and cracklings and all the different cuts of different animals you get so easily. And the goats milk! My hubby is a calf himself and drinks around 2L in a day of cows milk 🤦 I could go on and on, but I'm always excited to see your crocery hauls 😍😍 keep 'em coming 🥰😘😘😘💜

I worked in their grocery department and one thing they were really really strict about was the meat and cold foods department. Everything had to be unloaded off the refrigerated truck and into the refrigerated cases in under 20 minutes on the dot, we usually made it in 15-17. They pull all the staff off the sales floor to do it. Edit: Now if a customer carries it off for who knows how long and puts it back, that's obviously out of employee's control. But anything rejected at the register or found out of refrigeration/freezers on the sales floor is thrown away. It annoys me that customers are so careless about food waste.

@jessicah34503 жыл бұрын
Your body balances its own pH; within decimal points. The results would be catastrophic otherwise. Some parts are supposed to be acidic, some areas more alkaline. Drinking alkaline water is silly, because it hits your stomach acid which is a pH of 1-2. I believe it to be hype.
