there is one good thing about COVID - it opened up the Japanese metal scene for me, and I am enthralled. Is it bad guys that the US or the Wuropean metal can't offer anything for me, not ever, or at least for a some time...??? I fell in love with Nemophila from first sight and that love grows with any other song. I know that they are metal as fuck, but that poppy sexy hooks in between...they work so well! I am so glad you love them too. Much love and respect.

Hazuki wrote this great song! This is the live clips plus studio audio because this video was released on the same day as the new album. As a new song, there is no professional live recorded audio. This video can be regarded as an mv lol😆. I saw a performance of this song on their livestream, and the live version is pretty good compared to the studio version. 🤘🏻🌸🤘🏻

Yes they are amazing but it is also nice that someone mentions post editing and backing tracks with keys, conga's etc. Clearly extra vocals were added. OR this is studio audio with live footage. None the less, I totally loved seeing them live. Awesome group.

Great reaction again! Great request from DragonPhly. He beat me to it haha. Yes this is a fun song. This song was composed by Hazuki. Yes no solos on this one. Which I love solos but they dont do it every song. By the way this song was actually not in US this was the last show from their tour this winter in Japan I watch the live stream. They did release a Revive live from House of Blues though that was from last year the same tour I and DragonPhly saw them on the one with the Dallas footage you saw. Also this is the footage from the livestream show but its the studio track layed over. The show came out right before the album release so they probably did not have the true live version ready yet but I heard this song for first time from that livestream and its awesome. That part you were talking about it sounded to me like Haraguchi-san still played the beat but the guitars and drums would pause. It sounded a bit different but still kick ass. This is a great song. Like a rock groovy dance beat with metal sandwiched in between. Nemophila mixes genres pretty damn good. You cant put them in a box they play every style and they do very very good. That is why they are my favorite I love growls and screams a lot but not all the time. The way Mayu can transition between growls and screams makes this band even more special. By the way next weekend is their biggest show ever to date at legendary Budakon!!! Their 5th anniversary show. They are livestreaming that one too. Can't wait. I'm sure they will release it on bluray too later.

Yes I never saw him there but remember Tamu after the show pointing out and waving at him. He was wearing one of her shirts I believe. That is awesome you get to go to Japan to see them. I wish I could make it to Budakon but work life and finances will not allow haha. But I will be watching the livestream and waiting for them to come back to the states.

This nice funny song about unbridled joy refers to a Shinto (Japanese unique religion) legend depicting the story of luring Amaterasu - the goddess of the sun - out of the Heavenly Rock Cave where she hid herself after quarrel with her brother Susanoo and thus prevented the whole world from seeing the sun. The video here was from a live stream concert that I have a full capture of. The audio you hear on this video is not the live audio... it's the studio track overlaid on the live video. You'll notice all the percussion and other parts, which was also played with the live stream along with a click that I believe Tamu always uses, so lining up the track to the video would be a piece of cake. The real live audio was great - just not this clean, and those stop-go parts are certainly not as tight as the studio track. Come on, you know how that is done! Mute button! 🤘

Hey Kevin!! My immediate thought is no, you'd never risk using the kill switch on the board. There are other options that wouldn't jeopardize the show in this way - way too risky. But it has been fun to think through, and thank you for asking!!!
