Dan the black lever is the throttle. The blue is for the pitch of the propellers (yes they move) that’s why your engine rpm went down when you increased the angle, there was more resistance. The red controls your fuel to air mixture. Near the beginning you cut off your fuel then proceeded to flood the flood the engine whilst you played with the red lever. Good job! Hilarious to watch!

As a guy who knows about airplanes, I can tell you what each coloured lever does. Black: throttle Blue: blade rotation. This only works on turboprop planes. It can twist the blades of the propeller and can be used for reverse thrust Red: mixture, controls how much fuel your engines get. So if you turn it all the way back, you will cut off the fuel supply Finally, there is a black wheel somewhere on your controls. Thats the trim.

Dan!!! The Blue ones change your prop pitch!! From fine (pushing or biting small amounts of air at high rpms) to course (pushing or biting large amounts of air at smaller rpms!) As well as feathering where the engine is on but the blades don't produce thrust, and reverse pitch which is why you went backwards!

The blue sticks are for the feathering of the propellers, the feathering of the propellers helps with maximizing the power of the engine's rpm while reducing fuel consumption if used correctly. If not used correctly the engine can stall.

They adjust prop pitch, feathering the props is when you need the props to stop spinning during an engine failure. It's a function on that lever (full down normally) when you turn the blades fully into airflow to minimise drag.

It’s actually used for maximizing the power delivered onto the air particles at different airspeeds. At higher airspeeds, the prop will need a more coarse pitch to reach max efficiency. If you’re climbing at a slower airspeed you’ll need a more fine pitch prop. It can help with fuel efficiency but only because you’ll be moving faster through the air compared to what you would be at a fine pitch. In airplanes the blue lever is labeled “RPM”. Thus changing your RPM via propeller pitch instead of gas delivered to the engine.

Red One = Fuel Control (Controls the amount of fuel the engine gets, if set to off, Engine should die) Blue One = Prop Angle (Changes the Angle that the Propellers spin at) Black One = Throttle control (Controls the amount of air the Engine gets, Engine needs a fuel/air mixture, provided it is still getting fuel, the engine won't die with the throttle at idle)

DAN! The black one (leftmost) is the throttle, then blue is the propeller direction, then red is mixture so the amount of fuel coming into the engine. Also, the ETD plane was an actual live real-world flight by Etihad Airways. The river is wonky because the whole world is AI Generated, and constantly getting improved.
