Nero didn't die like this. He returned to Rome, Senate declared him Public enemy, all guards left the Palace, Phaon offered his villa to Nero, went there with 4 loyal freedmen and asked them to kill him. When he heard the sound of approaching horsemen he faced the end., probably killed by one of his loyal man Epaphroditus.

Greatly disappointed there’s no closed caption for the deaf would enjoy this 2nd part of the movie as well as the first movie with closed caption… we have the same right as hearing people can hear & enjoy both movies 😢

for a fiction nero film was not bad no matter it took liberties still shows a few things which happened like galbas' entry as emperor to rome. it's the only film about nero (leave out quo vadis 1951) which actually shows galba in rome and the only one which actually shows tigellinus alive greeting galba as in real history tiggelinus survived neros' death for a short time until he met his death in the upcoming civil wars between those three generals who succeeded nero in power ((galba, otho and vittelius))

NERO um império que acabou em chamas legendado PT BR Parte 01 de 02 Copy and paste the above to the search line in KZbin. It has English audio. All I do in a situation like that is shorten the title because part 1 will not always have the identical title as part 2. So, I typed in Nero: (2004) Part 1 to find that someone else had it on their channel. I think though that it does not seem to be finished after part 2 and I couldn't find any more. Maybe TheArchiveTV will eventually post them all.

Nero falling in love with a Christian slave girl and publicly presenting her to the patrician nobles in Rome is a step too far. This is a nice "wishful thinking" story, but mostly fiction. Artistic license clearly overruled historical accuracy as the general theme of this film. Nero was a Roman emperor who had aristocratic wives (and even a "husband"). Claudia Acte was a woman he understandably, kept in the shadows over the course of a three-year affair. ⚔️
