Netflix on Samsung smart hub not working black screen HTML

Samsung Smart Hub automatically places Netflix on the bar on the top and when you try to uninstall and reinstall via the Samsung App Store the option is not available. The only way to get Netflix to work again is to reinstall via the keyboard shortcut or remote buttons as shown here
You just hover over Netflix then hit tools then hit reinstall

What brand of TV do you have? I have Samsung...so I decided to get on chat and they connected to my TV remotely. They basically updated the Smart Hub all over again. They set it back to factory settings and the TV did the rest, it started updating and when it was done I had even more apps and Netflix was back working.

It might solve for you guys.. but if you still have the issue a hard reset on the TV works. 1. Unplug the TVs power cord. 2. Press the power button for 10 sec. 3. Plug the TV again and power it on. PD: As you may know as with any hard reset you will loose any configuration you have set including your login information on Netflix.
