I've been to bathrooms with attendants a couple of times (at a fancy hotel where I was, I believe, attending a wedding reception or a big 18th birthday party for a cousin). It was weird because I'm not that rich and this guy is giving me hand sanitizer and a towel.

Most people have never had first hand experience with a bathroom attendant but many of us have seen it in movies or TV and wonder what that would be like, and us commoners would feel weird about it and she was relating her own weirdness about it.
