As you can see in the video, the DEMA can be used to make money in the markets. And their are many other indicators as well. None work all the time. To improve “hit rate” you must set a stop loss AND A PROFIT TARGET!

For trading 15 minute forex chart what settings do you recommend for TEMA--trading being done in direction of 4 hour trend, I think for short term trading where you close trades in 2--3 days, best guide to trend direction is 4 hour chart.Trend on 4 hour chart is not going to flip on A dime.By the time trend changes on daily chart, market has already moved in THAT DIRECTION FOR 5--10 days & IT IS ALREADY TOO LATE. After all over thousands of iterations at any point chances of market going up/down are 50/50.--What do you recommend?

why do you choose to use 15 and 50 rather then say 15 and 35?

Makes no real difference. The 35 is just a shorter period than 50. If a trading strategy works with a 50 but doesn't with a 35-40, it is probably over optimized and is anything but robust.
