With only 2 animals and that much area with that much dense grass. It will take them months to see any real impact on it. If you want faster results, you'll need far more goats and sheep than 2. But since you have 2, for better results, pen them in to a smaller area of the grass. That will lead to them grazing heavily in that section, and thus you'll see results quicker.

Well i can say as someone who has done sheep herding for a year that you'd need more then two animals to get a big lawn like that grazed xD sheep and goats are also herd animals so they wont do much on they're own they do a lot more in larger groups of 15 to 20, then they could graze a 100 by 100 meter field in one day or so but they do take around one to two hours to rest because they need to re chew the grass a lot.... All and all maybe a cheap lawn mower that barely works and breaks down a few times could be faster.

Dude, you have to make the sheep and goat eat your lawn not just let them do it because they will just eat what they like lol. Grab some things that are really heavy you can barely move, get some rope and tie them to it, and periodically check on them and move them around the yard. "Its heavy and I can barely move it" you have a forklift to move the object, and a Kevin to grab the rope and walk them along side you.

Goats 🐐 are in the functional group of herbivores called “Browsers” or “Selectors”, their narrow muzzle allows them to be “picky” eaters that as a result are able to eat only the plants with highest nutritional value, which in your lawn is likely to be small herbs, young leaves on trees and even bark ☘️🌱 What you need is a “Grazer”, large, animals with wide muzzles that enables them to consume large quantities of food, but doesn’t allow them to distinguish between herbs and grass. Due to their size they need more food, and due to their more advanced gastrointestinal system can process lower quality food. Sheep are more grazing animals than goats, but for better results you may consider cattle or horses! 🐄 🐴
